Fine
Our room was cold and they provided an electric heater rather than move us. Also the room overlooked the entrance and we were disturbed by smokers outside the entrance and taxis collecting guests.

Comfortable Room varried buffet breakfast
Sudden scalding by shower, strong chlorine smell in lobby, people dressed in bath robes in breakfast room.

Restaurant food was excellent
Even with the hottest temperatures of the year the hotel did not provide bottled water for the rooms. Also the bedrooms need air conditioning

The Beautiful King Room featured decent decor and a 49-inch TV. The large plush bed made winding down easy, and the overall quiet of the room allowed for a good night's sleep.
The spa facilities left much to be desired, with a small pool often overrun by children's lessons. The sauna and steam room were undergoing refurbishment, which limited access to what some guests may have expected as part of the stay. Breakfast was a letdown, with limited options that didn't cater to dietary needs, and I found myself hunting for cutlery and plates in a messy dining area. The heating in the room struggled to keep up, leading to a quite chilly start to my mornings, and I had to rely on an electric heater instead. These little missteps put a damper on what could have been a more satisfactory experience.
